We have good hands on staff here who do the heavy lifting, so all you have to do is show up and sift through the gravel to find the sapphires hidden in each bucket. Part of the fun is sloshing the screens in the water troughs in our gravel washing area. Cleanliness is a virtue but that ain't why we wash the gravel. You gotta wash it to clarify what you got. The water rinses away the clay and mud that let the sapphires hide from view. More important, Montana sapphires are heavier than quartz and other rocks in gravel so, as they settle, you'll find them on the top when you flip the screen over on your sorting table.
